The price without Chinese VAT is appropriate i.e US$34.7/kg. It looks like the spot price of an FeNb product as produced by Ximei Resources (the largest Nb producer in China) which is to a different spec to Brazilian FeNb. I understand there are 3 major locations for FeNb spot prices, Amsterdam (see Pete RRex posted screenshot last year), New York and China, with common price differences of about 5-10%. The price I have adopted is from Brazilian customs data reported by Comex and shown by this modified graph from Argonaut over which I have superimposed the Amsterdam spot price from the PeteRRex screen shot. Comex price data to May 2024 shows that the FeNb price has weakened a little since the Apr 2023 end date shown on the graph.
I'd rather call it quits if I haven't convinced you - no more juice in the tank.
