I came across this figure which happens to support the 70% discount I used in my valuation model.
It comes from Next Investors (quote:"For a mining company to progress from exploration to development a JORC resource needs to be defined and eventually be upgraded into a reserve category.This is called the definition phase.") and represents risk over mine development phases. I have added the Discount %. It can be considered as the Lassonde curve without the irrational sentiment changes.
