all it takes is for one insto to go first and start accumulating. Seems to me they are all in cahoots. Everyone had a piece of the pie and offloaded into the MSIC and copper ETF like clockwork. Then all of a sudden all of the instos stopped buying, all into sell mode driving the price down to refill their cannons for the next leg. When this stock does turn, it will turn sharp and fast.
