i am more inclined to think regal want an average sell out price of say $16 for example, and they managed to get a load out at $21 on that index day and now feel they have a free hit at overselling and still achieving the target. Theres no doubt it is being sold down, not just manipulated. It has to be them, but it looks to me like they are willing to take it a lot lower as they aren't giving it a chance to breathe at all, which says to me they are very happy at these levels and a fair bit lower, sadly.
