Less than 15k for sale under $20, whereas total buy side of queue is 89k.
We could be North of $20 in the blink of an eye, leaving many looking for the bottom stranded. It's standard bullish stock movement, people wait for the turnaround that happens really quickly not letting people get on board as there is nothing much left for sale until getting close to 'fair' valuation...
