CMOC sells to IXM which is a CMOC company. Creative accounting maybe and an indication of the sham Nb market.
Until Nb's price is determined transparently by the market like every other commodity instead of being controlled by a monopoly the Integrity of all Nb producers is questionable.
The 25k figure is open to speculation and is based on CBMM's latest available finanancials.
