If it stays there at open it is very likely to get hit. Bots were still playing silly buggers a bit yesterday at various times too (gosh - what a lot of 25 share orders?), but the SP rather got away from them...lol.
I believe the purpose of all those small but orders is just to make sure that their order is at the top of stack for that price level. They can amend the quantity later as required to control the price, without losing their position as #1 at that price level.
