He was so negative about the stock. Now im just about to pay for the build on my new house with the proceeds i sold in december, got a fair chunk left. New Car and landscaping is what is on the cards next. Stock price right now is sufficient for me to fully cash out but i belive a TO offer is around the corner and happy to wait til MRE and $30.
