The elephant in the room is that a buyout for several billion can only be executed by a select few firms or wealthy investors, possibly subject to foreign investment review.
Funds typically cannot because they have rules on asset concentration.
If people won’t sell at $200 to the most likely buyer and a realistic share price is between $50 to $100 - they may find themselves richer anyway with liquid assets (cash) as they’re in a <10% of shareholdings that vote NO.
