You'd have to think he's highly incentivised. I know he got these shares for little more than the time he's spent working for Cosmos, but that's little different to you and me buying shares with our hard-earned. In the end, his 3.23 million shares are worthless unless he can find something. He may as well scream into an empty pack of Doritos.
