Canaccord - No.1 Net Seller(Canaccord have been our Lead Broker from Original 20 cents IPO raise and most recent 16.0 Capital Raise from my understanding

Jeremy Robinson was in fact 'Lead Manager', as per GM Notes, 8th Feb 2023https://announcements.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20230109/pdf/45khzgmgkw2tbw.pdfQu. what is the relationship, if any between Canaccord & JR ?
One is Lead Broker (Canaccord, current Net Seller, and the other Lead Manager, aka, none other than Cosmos Director Jeremy Robinson ?
It's just Cosmos need to raise funds over the next few months I guess, and I find it perplexing the current Share price & lack of steady news flow....
