Another thing re helicopter work, if there are limited clearings in thick brush with small outcrops it takes longer to get crews on the ground and slower coverage of the tenement. Did a bit of this in my mis-spent youth in the NT with CRA looking for diamonds. Throw a couple of axes out the door and the pilot would hover 2-3m off the ground. One each side sitting on the skids and jump on the count of 3, pilot telling us to get it right or we would be wearing the Jet Ranger as a necklace. Then cut a pad in the scrub for pickup and get into the gravel sampling. Better than an office job!
