Maybe we see a suspension and a ' reset ' de-facto bookbuild in the SP. Don't think that would be required here. Particularly give its a stock standard vanilla capital raise at the present moment. But one never knows I guess.

Maybe it's well covered by demand so they want to add a ' prospectus ' type offering to shareholders on top.

Because it was not as if they needed the cash straight away.

And they could have raised $3 million at .003 with a billion shares if they had wanted to , but instead chose to HALT the shares on virtually the exact turn of the month and financial year before the Market could have even possibly known about these results. So it was very very tight lipped.

Stock price then responds accordingly , and they halt it BEFORE it can really run away with the re-rated valuation.

Only thing I would add to that is the Andrew Beckwith change of Directors Interest move he made on 8th June by shifting 10,684,922 from him and his missus to his and his missus's super fund.
