Hey mate. Just going off Annual Report 2022 taken at 20th September where I believe the 20th position did also have 28 million shares. Annual report can never lie about these issues and will always be gospel.

Companies do update them from time to time through the ASX after a large prospectus raising issue or large placement , but that is up to the company. Can filter through companies website as well , but again , it usually comes through ASX update channels first. Especially from the ' small caps '
