How can this be reality when considering basic commericial contract terms/conditions and risks?
Making contracts for 'supply and offtake' when they haven't even got the infrastructure built to produce the 'supply and offtake'?
What, do their contracts say, "When we are finished building everything and get it working sometime in the future we will supply you at X dollars per ton?"
