From what I can remember about ECT and I go back to 2010 it never got off the ground. ALDP fell over and several fires did not help.
The Indians did not want coaldry in their power system despite a fortune spent and great promises by ECT for nothing.
Now to add fuel to the fire pardon the pun, coal fired power stations are to be closed.
Face it ECT have missed the boat with everything but for some reason they are still trading and paying the executives massive salaries.
