A bit further the 'conduct further' 'perhaps', 'outcomes from', 'subject to further funding' limiters then get added.
And by the way, the 9.2 Megawatt turbine to power the whole thing that was being supplied by Graphenex has been deleted from the artist's impression of Bacchus Marsh this time.
