Good question:
IMHO it all hinges on the offtake agreements, planned for CYQ1 2024. If achieved, all of those capital raising roadblocks become a little easier to navigate.
Noting that for Phase1 - Coldry
- The internal Rate of Return is >50% ( my understanding is that 0% indicates that a project will achieve break-even).
- The payback is stated as being circa 2.6years.
- Recurring Revenue 30 years
I hope that shareholders get an opportunity to participate.
