No kiln, no integrated production process train constructed and no money to do it. No hydrogen (unless they buy it) or even power to make it (unless they externally buy that also).
Not sure what 'race to revenue' people think they are looking at here even with St Rizzo as he doesn't even seem to have anything in the wheelbarrow he is pushing.
