My educated guess is Shaun will fly over a week (in a day or two) before the BMI conference and officially declare Vidalia completed. Better to attend the conference as the first integrated AAM supplier ex-China. Especially as he'll be on a panel discussing the topic. It will add more weight to what he has to say by any scribes.
