Just think of it this way, China is subsidising Chinese graphite companies to make other western countries operations look non profitable. So in return, countries like the USA, if they want to break China unfair monopoly on the EV market will have to provide assistance. If SYR fails then that will cause a huge setback, petsonally I can't see them allowing this to happen.
