I would love to know what the company plans are for securing DOE funding which requires matching funds. I don’t see it being part of a Capital raise with shareholders. That will need to be an institutional raise or loan. The amount needed is too large. In the mean time there is ample opportunity for the market cap to grow and even explode if Visalia etc are at full capacity and graphite price is profitable.
