Why would SK ON want to pay for storage when SYR can provide it whenever Westwater Resources wants it. Westwater will know in advance when they want it giving SYR plenty of time to supply it
Northern Graphite is only worth $16m and are in the same situation as SYR. They built a mine and concentration plant to produce 10kt but no one is buying it. He wants cash now so he doesn't have to do a CR. I'm not sure of the flake size mix of the mine but I'm sure they were hoping to sell larger size flake but no one wants that either.
Have a look at the picture of their concentrator plant. They keep producing but are running out of space to store it.
