To me the signs are looking more positive but these milestones need to be met, no surprises. Confirmation of ex China orders, premium for ex-china graphite, perhaps more flake graphite sales, confirmation of anode material delivery to Tesla, hopefully all this would lead to the DOE loan?? May not get a read till quarterly in July however. Verner still a bit hit and miss on good or bad news timing IMO.
