I am not sure what the share price falling has to do with a company failing.
When debt levels or operating costs of a listed company result in constant cap raises, the price will continue to drop as we have seen here. (Death spiral). This does not necessarily mean the company will fail.
The huge value of the resource remains, however the market is slowly coming to terms with the fact the company will need to substantially recapitalise itself.
The question of course is at what price will this be done.
