To somewaht change the subject matter ( and not sure if it has been recently raised here ?) , the US DOE recently (17th July ) released this now Policy/Strategy document:

The US Department of Energy (DOE) released The Future of Vehicle Grid Integration: Harnessing the Flexibility of EV Charging, as part of DOE’s EVGrid Assist initiative.

Currently working my way thru the actual Release , with the link posted below .
Broadly , you would have to think this has to be supportive of what Syrah is doing at Vidalia , and its planned expansion of its Vidalia Plant , subject to Offtakes/ Financing .
Of course , it raises the quiestuon of the coming US Election , and what happens if TRUMP and the Republican regime becomes the incoming Govt ?
Given the overall "commitment" already undertaken by major Autos to build factories and commit workers to the change to electric light and heavy vehicles ...and the TRUMP support for workers to be employed and manufacturing to flourish in the USA , its hard to see this EV vehicle "change "reversing ....maybe petrol/deisel cars just allowed to integrate back in overall vehicle maunufaturing over a longer time frame as well ?
This is not posted to renew a political or policy debate ...as that adds nothing to where the Syrah share price goes in the short or medium term . What will drive that , is purely what Announcements Syrah makes ( other than the constant ANNOYING 'change of substantial holders between the same usual suspects!!!)
Anyhow ..in past times , people like Proga would have doubtless brought this Announcement to light , with views .
So its here , for anyone interested .
