Synthetic graphite anode material prices have fallen below those of natural graphite anodes for the first time in three years. Given the relative ease at which the materials can be interchanged, some cell makers have switched from natural graphite anodes to synthetic graphite anodes to reduce costs.
Above from Benchmark. Good to know that there's no longer a cost advantage in using Synthetic. Synthetic pricing is correlated to energy prices and availability.
