This actually doesn't sound as crazy as it sounds.
Australian Super has a long track record of managing unlisted assets.
They have a substantial position here already and could most likely convert their notes into further equity.
Lets be real there is no way the company management can arrange a repayment of those loans with things playing out as they have both across the broader graphite market and SYR specifically.
This could get very interesting from here.
