Hard to say Biden/Harris kicked the EV tax credits can for ex-China graphite to 2027. Trump is wants to significantly increase tariffs on China and escalate trade war while also being pro Elon Musk’s Tesla and pro oil. If Trump pisses of china to tighten export controls that may have a more immediate impact, whilst the Biden/Harris commitment to long term EV adoption may bode well longer term.
Tesla being an offtaker from Vidalia, I think the election will have no meaningful impact on Syrah either way.
