Mr verner needs to get proactive and start creating momentum and value to shareholders via his leadership and strategy via media platforms or lobbying to influence policies and his go with the flow and laid back attitude is hurting SYR. He lacks vision and determination to address the graphite market dynamics and adopt lazy approach to blame China. Accept China will do what it does and continue to do so; where are the counter measures and strategies? Mr Verner has to go, in my opinion. He has nothing to show for under his leadership.
