Syr should be selling graphite like its coming out their ears based on the apparent demand
unfortunately demand is being met by Chinese graphite and they have stockpiles galore keeping prices as low as their cost (strategic by the Chinese)
why would any one want to buy higher than what China can supply it for
Unless it’s highly strategic, China will not ban exports, why would they shoot themselves in the foot
Balama will be on C&M for the foreseeable future
