precedent say yeah, likely a P&D but the medium term set up on the chart since september looks more conducive to a sustained run higher this time ( higher lows / > volume green bars vs. red on various time frames)
aside from the on the ground political turmoil in Mozambique, fundamentals look best they have in some time with Vidalia well positioned in North America with an incoming administration that is extremely US centric.
key technical hurdle for mind is 200 DMA and most recent highs @ 34.5c
