They know they're safe in this stock as there is no real risk of a short squeeze. Even a out of the blue announcement regarding completion of US plant wouldn't make this rocket.
deadlines not being respected.. low demand ... soft prices.. management happy to keep everyone guessing. perfect conditions for shorters
