At least the stock held its gains today. Not sure what happened yesterday but most of my stocks lost their morning gains not just SYR.
It will take them at least 2 weeks to restart the plant. Less to restart mining so they'll have ore on the ROM pad to be processed when the plant is ready to start. Considering they have no inventory, they should be able to wind it up when they can.
