go and look at share sales of Mr Vernor.
he sold some of those 4 million options at over $2.00 per share. Making huge capital gains given the exercise price was only 44 cents a share.
My issue with CEOs remuneration is that the exercise price of those options is far too low. Meaning they cash in huge profits they should not get. Just asked shareholders today - the share price is back to square 1. Only 44 cents a share.
