Grasping at straws ...yes , but its up to Syrah to find solutions for any shortfall in funding . Maybe bringing forward the "inked "MOU with Samsung would help , and SAMSUNG put in some equity to ensure the 45k Plant is built .
Commercial deal due by July 2024 under existing arrangements , if it proceeds .
