if Syrah were to refuse the grant for a bigger loan, I think there's a possibility to get 80% of the overall 45kt expansion costs.
Let's say Syrah gets approved for a US$400M and potentially also approved for the US$150M Balama conditional loan plus the convertible notes they have with AustralianSuper, I reckon there would be enough to go ahead with the expansion for 45kt.
