Why don't you send them a participation ribbon and certificate?
They accepted their roles on the big bucks? They have a 'only if it's easy' clause in their contracts.
It's not results driven? Shareholders get a warm feeling inside knowing they are trying their best? Are you related to one of the BoDs, by chance?
