Underwriting spread is on a deal-by-deal basis - there's no "set" percentage. Would also be confidential.
Also whilst it looks like shorts have decreased I believe that may just be because the issue of the placement shares has increased the total number of shares available so % wise it looks like a decrease. Happy to be wrong.
