Great analysis. This doesn't take into account:
1) Magnetite assets
2) Uranium assets
3) Mootoroo asset
I think management needs to be also working on getting the share price to what the company is really worth. Whether this is a selloff of assets or an IPO doesn't matter. As long as the value is reflected in the share price.
My preference would be to vend into another vehicle with HAV retaining aa major interest. Lets get these other projects off the ground.
SA needs development and investment.
