Wellnex appear to be well stretched in completing this acquisition and will be short on cash to fund promotional activities including sponsorships of the AFL and NRL.
There is a mooted expansion into the UK market but I really can't see where the funds will come from?
Yes there will be Painaway revenues incoming, but I can o to see these propping up other failing parts of the existing business.
