It has always been known that it has a limited life depending on spod price.
If GXY had stayed independent its Management would have been focused purely on these projects.
As for Brine experience you bring in the expertise. ORE had not and still have not delivered the goods at Olaroz.
The current SP is you convert the old GXY shares back are down about 40% on the pre merger price.
Disaster IMO.
