I like your theory that equities prices are random variates that regress to the mean. Surprised no-one else has realised that.
Also, this chart may be a bit busy but the only thing you need to know is that Arcadium plc is the one forming the floor. Note that Arcadium trading on the world's deepest broadest bourse is down 40% in the three months whereas the ASX CDIs are "only" down about 26% (fx?).
