"OPEC will probably announce another cut in production this year?"
Doesn't really make sense. They barely have enough of the oil market (38%) to benefit from manipulating the market. They are now looking down the barrel of ICE's going out of fashion. They are sitting on a massive resource whose value is going to disappear in the foreseeable future.
