Sounds reasonably upbeat given the general market sentiment. James Bay funded and on schedule and on budget and it is mentioned that all of these projects will be in the money even at current prices. They expect prices to be higher and they were already in the recent months receiving ~20$/kg.
This is hugely oversold.
