I'm not familiar with that group but are they the famous ones that like to put out bad company reports and then also take out short positions at the same time? I can't say I agree with the practise but at least they did declare that they have taken out short positions based on their own reports.
I'm not an accountant and not familiar with the way the US declares things so can't comment but just hope there's no real substance and financial shenanigans going on.
