Management has not done enough in trying to stop the downfall of the SP imo. One could indeed raise the question where their loyalty is. For me the corporate governance should be focused on creating value for the stake/shareholders. I’m very doubtful about the corporate strategy of the company, reading this article again https://www.copyright link/companies/mining/allkem-s-peter-coleman-says-short-selling-shouldn-t-be-banned-20231221-p5esx6 Or, the company should have explained or show what makes the company valuable for the shareholders. They didn’t, untill now.
