This chart is obviously dated now. However, it shows some other uses other then batteries. Almost 1/4 of Lithium at the time was being used world wide for other products other then batteries.
I'd love to see a chart that's more recent and also divided into ev batteries and other batteries. If anyone has one/can find one, please share.
I agree, all products Lithium is needed to produce, are increasing in production too. Look at glass, a major one. Noticing all the high rises lately?
Plus, as previously stated, power storage for homes and every power tool, etc are all being produced more and more.
I still firmly believe when all factors are considered, there will be a massive shortage.
Especially when the small players bow out of the race, due to prices not remaining profitable.
I'm calling their bluff, now let's see those cards China!
