when it turns .... who do you think will benefit more? arcadium who are down 70% or min res who are down only 20%?? amazing how ignorant people are on basic investing ideas!! if theres a market downturn and your house or investment property is down 70% say, would you actually sell it and use the money to buy into another market that hasnt had as much of a downturn? LOL
