Due to current uncertainties in regards to short / medium term lithium metal price, EV uptake projections and geopolitical issues, IMO a offer price north of $8.50 (approximately 60% premium to current SP) would probably get the deal across the line, many may not happy but getting the 90% approval is a possibility in current climate.
But it is unlikely to occur.
